Palm Beach Concierge Medicine members can request same-day sick visits when available with Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui, a board-certified internal medicine physician who already knows your medical history, medications, risk factors, and care plan.

Same-day and next-day appointments are available when possible. Because the practice keeps a smaller patient panel, access is significantly more personal than a conventional high-volume office, but timing still depends on clinical schedule, urgency, and the type of care needed.
