Why Location Matters Less Than Relationship
Concierge medicine is a continuous physician relationship, not a brick-and-mortar transaction. Same-day appointments, telemedicine, and direct phone, text, and email access mean most member-physician contact does not require a drive.
Members in towns 30 minutes from the office routinely keep most routine care telemedicine and reserve the in-office visit for the annual evaluation, the comprehensive physical, and exam-required follow-up. That structure is what makes the model work across a wider geographic footprint than a conventional primary care practice would attempt.
