Members in towns 30 minutes from the office routinely keep most routine care telemedicine and reserve the in-office visit for the annual evaluation, the comprehensive physical, and exam-required follow-up. That structure is what makes the model work across a wider geographic footprint than a conventional primary care practice would attempt.
