A Note on Weight Management and GLP-1 Therapy
Weight management is part of every member's overall care plan when it is clinically relevant. Where GLP-1 pharmacotherapy is appropriate, Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui prescribes and supervises it under close monitoring of labs, cardiovascular risk, and side effects. PBCM does not accept patients whose only goal is to obtain a GLP-1 prescription. Weight care is integrated into the same metabolic, lifestyle, and preventive plan that the membership covers.
