Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui is a seasoned health executive who has spent 15 years leading physician teams inside some of South Florida's biggest health systems before founding Palm Beach Concierge Medicine. She built the practice with her husband and Co-Founder, Imran Siddiqui, to deliver medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.

Why I Practice This Way
After 15 years of leading physician teams inside some of South Florida's biggest health systems, Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui watched the same pattern repeat in conventional primary care. Physicians managing panels of two to three thousand patients. Visits compressed into 10 to 15 minute blocks. Specialist referrals handed off and rarely revisited. Lab results returned through portals with no human conversation attached.
None of it was anyone's fault in particular. All of it added up to medicine that no one, patient or physician, was satisfied with.
Palm Beach Concierge Medicine is her answer. A small, deliberately limited panel. Visits that run 60 to 90 minutes, or longer when care calls for it. Direct phone, text, and email access during the day, with after-hours availability for urgent and emergency concerns. Labs drawn in the office. Specialist referrals to a vetted network of South Florida physicians, with follow-through on every recommendation.
The model is intentional. It is what good medicine looks like when the volume pressure is removed.

Palm Beach Concierge Medicine is a women-owned, physician-led practice that Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui founded with her husband and Co-Founder, Imran Siddiqui. The husband-and-wife structure is part of why the model works.
Clinical decisions stay clinical. Operational and business decisions stay separate. Patients see one consistent physician relationship without the operational tradeoffs that erode care in larger groups.
