Palm Beach Concierge Medicine was founded on a simple but powerful belief: healthcare should be personal. We set out to change that.
Our concierge model intentionally limits the number of patients we serve, giving our physicians the time and capacity to provide the thoughtful, evidence-based care that every patient deserves. Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Palm Beach Concierge Medicine. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience to every patient interaction.

She founded Palm Beach Concierge Medicine because she witnessed firsthand the limitations of volume-based medicine and believed there was a better way to care for patients.
Her philosophy is straightforward: when physicians have the time to truly know their patients, their histories, their concerns, and their goals, they make better clinical decisions. And when patients trust their physician, they engage more fully in their own health. That partnership is the foundation of everything we do.
