Wellington is a bit of a drive. Can I keep most of my care virtual?

Yes. Telemedicine is included in your membership and is well-suited to follow-up visits, lab review, medication adjustments, many sick visits, and clinical questions. Many Wellington members keep most routine care telemedicine and reserve in-office visits for the annual evaluation, the comprehensive physical, and exam-required follow-up. All telemedicine runs on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

I am only in Wellington seasonally. How does the membership work outside Florida?

Membership is a continuous physician relationship, not a Florida residency requirement. Telemedicine is appropriate for many concerns regardless of where you are physically located, and your records, history, and care plan move with you. Prescriptions can be sent to pharmacies in your home state when clinically appropriate.
